From March 6th to 8th, Nexes will host a study visit of LANSES project! We will welcome the participation of 8 participants from Italy and 8 from Barcelona, all representatives of social entities.
LANSES is a two-year European Erasmus+ project (2022-2024), which aims to develop and improve the professional skills of workers in the social field. It is formed by the Italian organizations NINFEA and Associanimazione, and by Nexes Interculturals. The starting point of the project has been the pandemic. We have all realised that the pandemic has implied changes in the way of working in the social sector and we want to investigate what professional skills have been developed during this process.
The final objective of LANSES is to create a platform for the exchange of good practices and experiences in the field of social inclusion to reinforce the skills of professionals and trainers in the social field. We want this platform to be able to respond effectively to the new challenges set by the pandemic and the increasingly complex needs of people in vulnerable situations.
The study visit in Barcelona is one more step, after the interviews we did with 10 social organisations in Barcelona, to carry out this result. This first study visit serves to get to know each other, create a network and deepen the changes and skills identified through the interviews. The next step will be a second study visit in Italy from April 18 to 21!
During these three days, we will be learning more about three entities; Arte paliativo, Espai La Tregua y Obertament. Through dynamics, games and exchanges, we will discuss the changes and skills that these entities have gone through during the pandemic.
