Game On project continues to progress with different activities and actions. One of those is the free Webinar on the power of game design, which is coming soon.

We will count with the participation of different board game experts, educators and designers: Meritxell Nieto, Albert Buch (Nexes), Davide Tonon (Nexes), Dani Gómez (Idealúdica), Dani Fernández (Meraki jocs) and Javi Quílez (Associación promesas). They will present their experiences in the field and share practical advice when designing board games and accompanying groups in these processes.
The program of this interesting and complete webinar includes:
- The power of games: basic elements of the game
- Design of games: steps, accompaniment and skills for it
- Inclusion in game design processes
- Various experiences with the power of games
- Conclusions
- Open and question turn
- Closing
The webinar seeks to introduce and promote the design of games for inclusion at a national level, with speakers from outside Catalonia and the collaboration of different national organizations. There are currently people registered from 17 different provinces, from Barcelona to Pontevedra passing through Jaén, Madrid, Toledo, Almería, Albacete, Cádiz or Valencia.

At the same time, we do not forget of other activities from the GameOn project that are underway. One of them is the contest of games designed by groups in educational spaces. Registrations are open until June 10th, and those groups that register will still have until the 23rd of that month to present their proposals. They will be able to win the edition of their game and a lot of board games.

Likewise, we continue with the workshops for educators who want to learn to accompany groups in inclusive game design processes, with five sessions scheduled during this month of May.
