From 17 until 22 of November, 25 youth workers from Italy, Slovenia, Spain and The Netherlands will attend an event in Barcelona related to the topic of feedback in youth work.
During those days they will dive in topics as:
- inclusion of vulnerable groups
- provide quality feedback
- ethics with groups of young people
- pedagogical practices.
Also, they will have the opportunity to exchange good practices of working in the youth work field and networking.
This event is held inside the KA2 european project, KVAK – Efficient, inclusive, engaging and constructive feedback in youth work. KVAK és un projecte de cooperació en l’àmbit de la joventut amb l’objectiu d’augmentar la qualitat, la innovació i el reconeixement en el treball juvenil. KVAK aborda 3 àrees crítiques que falten en la formació dels treballadors juvenils:
- effective and safe delivery of feedback;
- care for vulnerable groups;
- appropriate attitudes towards participants.
KVAK has set itself two general objectives:
- a) to harmonise youth work standards and practices
- b) to facilitate the training of youth workers in KVAK has 3 priorities: better quality youth work, digital transformation and inclusion and diversity.per a facilitar la formació de treballadors juvenils, KVAK té tres prioritats: treball juvenil de millor qualitat, transformació digital i inclusió i diversitat.
The project has the duration of 30 months, from 01/02/2024 until 31/07/2026.
