ESC Volunteering: a European programme that allows volunteering within the European Union and in non-profit organisations and various areas of action.

ERASMUS + internships: this is an internship programme abroad aimed at young people (students from vocational training schools and/or at university) with a duration of 3 weeks up to 6 months.
