In 2020 and during the first half of 2021, Nexes was working on the European project Y-SUPPORT: Development of a Support Framework for Young Roma People Entrepreneur, along with other European countries: Romania, Bulgaria, Greece and Hungary.
The project aims to empower young Roma people by developing their entrepreneurial skills and strengthening their ability to cooperate in achieving better personal and professional results.
Through this networking of partners and the project, the following pedagogical tools were created:
1. Toolkit about entrepreneurship.
2. Training Module to learn about enterprises and social and solidarity economy.
3. Good practices by young Roma entrepreneurs.
Finally, and after waiting for so long, from the 15th July 2021 until the 22nd of the same month, we will send 8 young Catalan people to Romania to participate in the international training course on entrepreneurship.
During the training course in Romania, they will have the opportunity to meet and share experiences with young people of the countries involved in the project, to learn and to implement tools to be future entrepreneurs and, at the same time, to learn from the good practices of young entrepreneurs from the five countries involved.
