We finished 2 faces of training in which the participants (high school teachers and non-formal educators) experienced a game design process as an educational tool.
The methodology has been experiential, combining input explanations with parts of group work and subsequent reflection.
This training has been organized as part of the European project “Game On: Inclusion through Educational Game Design”, co-financed by the Erasmus+ program.
The experience has been useful for the participants in order to plan the accompaniment of young people in a similar process. Putting the focus on the promotion of an inclusive process, which enhances participation and critical thinking among the people involved.
